It seems that some of the presets follow my string bends, and some are quantized to half steps. How do I control this behavior? I've looked all over and can't find how to turn it on or off.

In the SHAPER tab, click on "CHROMATIC" this switches the bends on/off
Thanks, but I'm still getting chromatic stepping on factory patch 35 "Mild Saw Lead."
In the Shaper tab, turn the blend up to 1.0, and turn the vibrato off.
In the FX tab, turn off Mod and Delay,
In the Space tab, turn off Reverb.
Bend a string, and I plainly hear stepping. :'(

Setting the ATTACK to 0 in the shaper will reduce stepping there. SG traces the most probable paths between partials, the algorithm may need some refinement still.
There are a lot of complicated functions in SG that may need refining, but I need feedback from users to give them a priority. So, yours is noted!
I'm now working on near realtime response: independent from the latency setting in SETUP, you'll get a 5 ms response time.
